SRCL is a leadership strategy for the Southern Region of Western Australia, which aims to create and maintain strong, vibrant regional communities.
These communities are supportive, inclusive and collaborative and can adapt to change by developing the capacity of community members.
Leadership is a vital ingredient in achieving these aims.
With the support of the South West Development Commission, Great Southern Development Commission, Peel Development Commission and a host of other passionate individuals, SRCL steering committee is now a strong, community based group which is strengthening the capacity and motivation of existing and emerging leaders in the Southern Region of Western Australia.
SRCL has been developed to support a range of programs that assist leaders in skills development; networking and access to information that will help them build strong, vibrant regional communities.
